We want you to be able to contact us when and how you want to. You’ll never get the message, “Our offices are closed but leave a message and we’ll get back to you tomorrow.” Because when you’re leaving that message I know that deep-down you’re thinking, “I bet they don’t return my call and I have to phone back …”

So we don’t have ‘office hours’ like other companies. You can call us about anything, no matter how trivial, at any time from 08:00 to midnight. I can’t guarantee you’ll speak to one of us, but I can guarantee we’ll get back to you within two hours (unless that would take us past midnight; I’m assuming you don’t want a call-back at 1 a.m.!)
