Why Us?
Why choose us to spray your kitchen or UPVC windows?
No doubt you’ve visited the sites of various companies respraying kitchens and UPVC windows in Liverpool and Merseyside and every single one’s promised you a quality spray job and great service. And that’s no surprise; after all, any company that didn’t offer you that shouldn’t be in the business in the first place. We think that’s a given, not something to make you jump up and down with excitement. So why choose us to spray your kitchen or UPVC windows? What makes us different from other companies in Liverpool and Merseyside? Why should you give us your hard-earned cash and not somebody else
In a nutshell, we believe we offer the best customer service of any company spraying kitchens/UPVC windows in Liverpool and Merseyside.
Sure, it’s easy to see that as an idle boast. After all, everybody promises great service. Well yes, they do …… but for us, service excellence isn’t something we think we have to promise in order to win the business (whilst secretly regarding it as a bit of a pain); it’s a key element of who we are, how we think of ourselves and what we do.
What business are we really in?
If you asked virtually any company in the industry what business they’re in, they’d say something like, “The paint spraying business.” And if you asked, “What about customer service?” they’d add, “Oh yes, that’s really important.” In other words, service is an add-on to what they’re really interested in, i.e. the spraying.
If you asked us that question, we’d answer, “We’re in the customer service business. But we PROVIDE that service by spraying kitchens and UPVC doors and windows.” To us, service is a core element of what we’re all about, not a second priority. Wouldn’t you prefer a company with this type of attitude to be the one transforming your home?
Most companies talk about how much they want to ‘satisfy the customer‘. But do you know what that means? We can define ‘customer satisfaction‘ as being what you get when the service provided ‘matches the customer’s expectations.’ Because when you choose a company to respray your kitchen or UPVC doors and windows, you’ll have a mental list of things you expect from them. That they’ll turn up on time, they’ll be pleasant and not grumpy, they won’t leave any mess, etc., etc. And if the company does those things, they’ll have ‘matched your expectations‘ and you’ll be ‘satisfied.’
Exceeding your expectations
Well we think you deserve more. We think you have the right to demand more. We think matching your expectations is start point, not the end point. Not something we should expect praise for. Because if that’s all we’ve done, we haven’t done anything special.
Our business grows mainly by customer referrals, so we don’t want you to just give your friends and relatives our name if they ask you for it. We want you to actively shout it from the rooftops to every single person you know. And we know you won’t do that if all we do is ‘match your expectations‘ and do what a spraying company is supposed to do.
We want to exceed your expectations. Constantly. All the time. At every stage of the process, from how we handle our first telephone conversation to when we do a follow-up visit a week after the job to check everything’s OK. We want to give you five, six … a dozen reasons to refer us to everyone you know who wants to transform their home by respraying their kitchen or UPVC windows and doors.
There are four links below. The first two will tell you how we’ll carry out the job if you choose us to spray your kitchen or UPVC doors and windows, the exact process we’ll follow, and how it differs in places from other companies in Liverpool and Merseyside.
The third will take you to our Service Philosophy. This tells you about our values and behaviours, what they mean, and how they’ll impact on the job we do for you.
The fourth takes you to our Service Guarantees. This tells you the guarantees we make and what we’ll do to make up for it if for some reason we fail to deliver. As far as I’m aware, no other UPVC or kitchen spraying company in Liverpool or Merseyside does this.
